CJSF Application

Hello and welcome back to a new school year! We are excited to welcome all students back to campus. The following information will help make your transition back to school go more smoothly.

All students:

  • Families need to complete the online data confirmation. Please go to the AERIES parent portal and fully update your family and students information. This is very important and all sections must be completed. The school will call home and follow up with parents if this information is not fully completed.

7th grade students:

  • TDAP Immunization. Please make sure you have received your TDAP immunization and provided the school with documentation of this immunization prior to 7th grade orientation. Students who do not have this immunization on file will not be allowed on campus. Please call the school office if you are unsure of your immunization status. Currently there are roughly 150 7th grade students missing this immunization.
  • 7th grade orientation is Friday, July 30th at 8:30am. Please have your student meet in front of the school's multipurpose room and we will provide students with their class schedule. Students will be given a tour of campus and move through a shortened class schedule to meet their teachers and learn where their classes are located. This is a student only event due to COVID, unfortunately parents may not attend. No bussing or breakfast is provided on this day, but lunch will be provided free of charge for all students.

8th grade students:

  • Class schedules will be available on AERIES late next week. If you do not have your class schedule on the first day of school (8/2/21) please go to the courtyard in front of the library and we will provide you a copy.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school office. Thank you!
